The bank employees are not at all friendly. Any time you have a problem they refuse to fix it if you are not at the exact location where you opened the account. They do not notify you of any problems with your account in a timely manner and any mistakes on their part are met with hostility and disbelief from the management. I would not recommend this bank to my worst enemy.
